From the stillness before an arabesque, to the quiet that follows the final page, Addison Holmes moves with intention, and always toward meaning. She is a dancer whose body remembers both grace and grit, an educator who sees artistry as a living conversation, and a writer whose words reach for truth and unlock tenderness.

Addison’s ballet journey is rooted in rigorous classical training — including the highest certification from the Royal Academy of Dance in London, as well as studies on scholarship from U.S. institutions including American Ballet Theatre.

her performance career has carried her from Texas stages to artistic communities in Los Angeles, New York, and all over Europe. She has performed full-length classics with world-renowned companies including Texas Ballet Theatre, and brought contemporary works alive with a visceral, intuitive presence. 

Her passion for nurturing the next generation of movers is woven into her roles as teacher, adjudicator, and director. She has served on faculty for major dance Conventions and competitions, and is a guest choreographer and master teacher in the U.S., Canada, Europe, from professional ballet dancers to dallas cowboy cheerleaders, where she shapes technique with heart and curiosity. 

Addison’s creative work has appeared across platforms including The Huffington Post, Pointe Magazine, CBS Television and Good Morning Texas, through which she explores movement, meaning, and the spaces where art and life intersect. Check out the media page for more.

Addison lives in Southern California, where she spends her free time with family, savoring sunshine and sea air, rooted in the rhythms of home and heart.
